DEFINITIONS to terms and abbreviations used on this page are HERE.
Whether
or not you are a webmaster you will need to follow-up with your prospects.
Your goal
will be to get the prospects to your online information pages
or perhaps to a web conference that explains the program to them.
You want your online tools to do the work. You want this to be easy.
You want your prospects to see how easy it is to signup people, so they
know it's something they will also be able to do. Follow up your
phone call with an email series. Your autoresponder
can help you.
Sample scripts
To give you an idea what to say,
I have included here copies of the letters that I email to my prospects.
Use them as is (but with your name, etc.), modify them to your taste, or
create your own from scratch, but do get your prospects to your online
information which explains the program. Notice that I have changed
blacklisted URLs (such as automaticbuilder.com) into new "Tiny URLs."
I have also eliminated or re-spelled spam trigger words. See the spamfix
page.
If you use the letters below, be sure
to use your own id for the red areas.
Then use Tiny URL on the spamfix
page to change the URL so it gets past the spam filters. For
the URLs that don't need your username, I have already changed them into
Tiny URLs for you, but check them out to make sure I didn't make a mistake.
