First Steps

DEFINITIONS to terms and abbreviations used on this page are HERE.

As a non-webmaster you can also post ads to promote your business. The difference is that a webmaster's main objective in posting ads may be to get an inbound link from a high PR website which displays his ad. This increases his own website's page ranking and search engine visibility.

As a non-webmaster, your main goal is to write an ad that will compel readers to actually visit your LCP, which is the signup form on the website given you by Nurtonix/AB/BerryTree.  But if you are using the Quick Start to Wealth Team Elite marketing system, you want your ad to be sending people to the tour and signup pages which our upline member, Harold Bryant, has created, maintains, and hosted for you.  If you don't plan on building, hosting, and maintaining your own websites, I highly recommend you consider implementing this marketing system.

Promotion as a webmaster
As a webmaster with your own website, you have much more control over what content goes on your pages, who sees them, SEO, and your ranking in the search engines.  Instead of leading your prospects to the same LCP that the rest of the team uses and has been seen hundreds of times, you can create your own LCP to stand out from the crowd to your prospects.  Listed below are several ways (most of them free, but requring you to spend time instead of money) to promote your website.

Characteristics of a winning ad that gets that click to your website:  incorporate as many of these as possible.
    1.  It creates curiosity and grabs the reader's attention QUICKLY.
    2.  It exposes a fear or targets an area of desperation.
    3.  It emphasizes benefits (not features).
    4.  It is specific in detailing the EXACT benefits the reader will receive if he clicks through to the offer.
    5.  It speaks in the same "language" as the potential customer.
    6.  It has a clear call to action!  Tell the reader to click to your site, for example.

Ads posting  - free and/or paid ads - Of course you would love it if people came to your website directly from an ad you posted (especially if you paid for the ad), but the main idea here is to post ads to websites which have high PR (search engine Page Ranking), so you can get those important inbound links to your web site which will increase your site's PR.  Some of these sites are listed below.  This list may grow as I find more places to post ads.  A good place to start is to search for 'classified ads' or 'free classified ads' on Google.  In addition, you will find that some of the social networks and even some forums will also allow members to post ads.  Social network sites are discussed later.

(PR 8) http://craigslist.org Very large audience.  Geo-targeting. Post a FREE ad here, and people will see it.
(PR 7) http://www.kijiji.com/
(PR 5) http://sell.com/ $1-6 for a 30-day ad  Web link in your ad is an extra $3  Includes ad tracker
(PR 5) http://usfreeads.com/ $6 for 6 months or $10 annually  This site is spidered daily by Google.
(PR 4) http://inetgiant.com/ Basic 30-day ad is  FREE
(PR 4) http://adlandpro.com I have not received sufficient response to justify buying their upgraded posting, but I still use the free ad posting option.
